The Coaching Academy

The Coaching Academy is CSI’s structured development pathway for aspiring and advancing professionals. It is a comprehensive development experience designed to move participants from foundational understanding to demonstrated mastery.

Through live instruction, applied learning, structured role-play, evaluation, and personalized feedback, Academy participants develop the core competencies required to coach at a professional level.
