The 8 Fundamentals of Coaching are a core set of coaching principles that serve as the foundation for our training programs. The 8 Fundamentals include:

Our coaching programs are tailored for aspiring professionals who want to develop their ability to successfully guide others to reach their goals.

Participants will learn key coaching techniques based on the 8 Fundamentals.

By the end of the program, you’ll be able to:

• Establish trust and build strong relationships with clients or team members.
• Listen actively and provide constructive feedback.
• Apply emotional intelligence to coaching conversations.
• Demonstrate positive regard and empathy toward others.
• Use powerful questioning techniques to unlock potential.
• Maintain robust partnership structures to support the success of clients and team members.

• Our coaching program is designed to be practical, results-oriented, and transformative. We combine structured learning with real-world practice and personalized feedback, ensuring that participants leave with the skills and confidence to apply coaching techniques in any context.
• We are the exclusive provider of coaches for Tom Ferry, the industry’s leading real estate coach, offering unparalleled expertise and insight.
• We specialize in helping professionals integrate coaching skills into their leadership style, empowering them to better support team members in achieving their goals. Our content has been used to train the top leadership in Fortune 500 companies.
• Our program has global reach. We have successfully trained coaches internationally, expanding the impact of our methods worldwide.

We have a six-week program with two sessions per week.

There are no formal prerequisites for our programs. For The Foundation of Coaching, a passion for helping others achieve their goals and a willingness to invest time in training is key.

To successfully complete the program, participants must:

• Complete all required synchronous and asynchronous assignments.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of coaching.
• Successfully facilitate coaching role plays with feedback from instructors.

As a student, you are responsible for:

• Completing all registration, payment, and Program Requirements.
• Keeping all communication, materials, and interactions within the program confidential.
• Participating fully in class discussions and practice sessions.
• Ensuring you have the necessary broadband connectivity to complete virtual components of the program.
• Maintaining adherence to the Code of Ethics and program policies.

CSI agrees to provide the following:

• A virtual classroom and learning materials.
• Training and practice opportunities as well as formal and informal evaluations.
• A certificate upon successful completion of all Program Requirements.
• Confidentiality of client information and adherence to the Code of Ethics.

You may enroll here for our March 2025 cohort.

All class sessions, including interactions in group settings or virtual breakout rooms, may be recorded. CSI may use this footage for evaluation and promotional purposes, and students waive any claims to compensation for such use.

In 2025 we will be rolling out leadership coaching programs as well as future coach training opportunities.

Our two main training tracks are:

• Coach Development Program (CDP): This program is a practical, results-oriented, and transformative. We combine structured learning with real-world practice and personalized feedback, ensuring participants leave with the skills and confidence to apply coaching techniques in any context.
• Leadership Coaching Program (LCP): This program helps leaders incorporate coaching skills into their management style. It’s ideal for anyone leading a team or department who wants to use coaching to improve performance and employee engagement.

Our program is designed to equip you with the tools and skills necessary to coach effectively within your team and/or pursue opportunities to open your own coaching business. While completing the program will prepare you for a wide range of coaching opportunities, it does not guarantee employment or contracted services with CSI, its affiliates, or clients.

To be considered, you must fit the following criteria:

1. Experience as a Client: Be a coaching client for at least two consecutive years and be an active, current client.
2. Proven Success in Real Estate: Demonstrate a strong track record of success in the real estate industry.
3. Strong Social Media Presence: Have a solid social media presence that reflects your professional achievements and personal brand.
4. Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence: Ability to use AI in your day-to-day operations.
5. Completion of The Foundation of Coaching: Demonstrate proficiency in coaching skills.

After meeting these qualifications, the top-performing students in The Foundation of Coaching may be invited to move on to the next steps in the process. This includes additional training which will take place over the following 10 weeks and will cover Tom Ferry proprietary content.

Invitations are extended to those who have demonstrated exceptional skill, commitment, and potential The Foundation of Coaching.
