In this program you will learn our 8 Fundamentals of Coaching, a core set of coaching principles developed to help individuals and leaders guide others toward achieving their goals. These fundamentals are designed for individuals who are or desire to become professional coaches.

This coaching program is designed to be practical, results-oriented, and transformative. We combine structured learning with real-world practice and personalized feedback, ensuring you leave with the skills and confidence to apply coaching techniques in any context.
The program takes a blended format, incorporating self-paced eLearning and live virtual sessions.

Last Session: July 9, 2026
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Central Time
Format: Blended learning (self-paced eLearning + live virtual sessions)
Duration: 6 weeks
Time Commitment: 40 hours total (16 hours of self-paced eLearning + 24 hours of live virtual sessions)
