In this program you will learn our 8 Fundamentals of Coaching, a core set of coaching principles developed to help individuals and leaders guide others toward achieving their goals. These fundamentals are designed for individuals who are or desire to become professional coaches.

This coaching program is designed to be practical, results-oriented, and transformative. We combine structured learning with real-world practice and personalized feedback, ensuring you leave with the skills and confidence to apply coaching techniques in any context.
The program takes a hybrid format, incorporating synchronous virtual sessions and asynchronous eLearning experiences.

First Session: March 24, 2026
Last Session: April 30, 2026
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 10:00 AM – Noon Central
Format: Hybrid (Synchronous virtual sessions + asynchronous eLearning)
Duration: 6 weeks (12 sessions total)
Time Commitment: 36 hours (18 sessions +18 eLearning)
Fee: $3,999
